Juelz is the Sheriff of a small town and nobody gets in her way. When Scott, a young city slicker is driving through she pulls him over and roughens him up. She decides to haul him into the station for a broken tail light we she broke herself. Juelz just wants to have fun with poor Scott and there's nothing he could do about it.
